National statistical information and independent evidence on deficiencies in access to these services are also available.

However, no estimate separates reintegration costs from custody and administrative expenditure or links people associated with drug offenses to the services received, their duration, unit cost, and subsequent employment, recidivism, or reintegration outcomes.
