Bilateral or Regional Agreements
Meets the criterion.
Mexico maintains active bilateral, trilateral, birregional, and multilateral drug-policy cooperation agreements and mechanisms. The evidence documents current formal frameworks, implementation groups, periodic meetings, institutional follow-up, and coordination on illicit trafficking, synthetic drugs, firearms, financial flows, border security, public health, and capacity-building.
No consolidated public inventory was identified linking all current agreements to their outputs, responsible institutions, domestic coverage, and measurable results. This limits aggregate assessment of each mechanism’s contribution and possible overlap but does not affect the verified existence and institutional operation of the international cooperation framework.
