Presence of Trafficking Routes
Meets the criterion.
Mexico has verifiable drug-trafficking routes and nodes involving air, maritime, airport, and port channels. The evidence documents aircraft and vessels in motion, trajectories between identifiable points, international maritime connections, and ports and airports used as transportation nodes.
No recent consolidated public Mexican map was identified that comprehensively describes the configuration, frequency, continuity, and updating of all corridors. This limitation prevents a complete characterization of the national route system but does not affect the sufficient evidence establishing its presence.
